CRIMINAL OF CUTENESS: Juvenile Delinquent - Annie (CASE P-200001)

Hopefully, Annie's mom caught her in time and we can adjust the attitude on this one before it's too late. She is too young to be charged as an adult, but you can see the look of mischief in her eyes. So far, her "crimes" consist of minor offenses typical of a puppy. We'll be sure to monitor for any signs of escalation where more aggressive intervention (like more hugs, kisses, and treats) may be required.
